You must prepare your own Nomination Document. The Nomination document must contain the following information, typewritten. Please clearly set out the information in the order shown below.

Information Supporting Nomination
Please answer the following five (5) questions within a typed two page document.
- Details of achievements in composing or songwriting.
- Current engagement in musical studies, song writing, performing, recording etc.
- Ambitions for future career in composing and songwriting.
- How you propose to achieve those ambitions.
- How winning an APRA Professional Development Award will help achieve your goals .

Send your Nomination Document to the
Partner Organisation of your choice. Please note: APRA will not accept nominations directly.
