Heavily inspired by B-grade horror and early cartoon music, multi award winning and multi-instrumentalist, Michael Lira has developed a unique style of composition which has become the staple score to Australia's world of live circus, sideshow and burlesque as well as adding a healthy dose of dynamic scoring to film and TV.
He is the madman behind cult bands Vicious Hairy Mary as well as the infamous Darth Vegas & founding member of Monsieur Camembert.
In 2010 Michael collaborated with Antony Partos & David McCormack to create the titles and original music for the ABC drama "Rake" starring Richard Roxburgh. In 2011 Michael has composed the score including tiles for the TV comedy "Balls Of Steel" and the opening titles for the TV shows "You Have Been Watching" & "Between the Lines". Michael is currently poised to commence work on the new series "Wild Boys" with Antony Partos & David McCormack.
David McCormack's latest album "Little Murders" scored a 5 star review in Rolling Stone Magazine.
As the lead singer/songwriter of Custard, David toured the world with acts such as Frank Black and The Presidents of the United States, and released 7 albums, 2 of which were produced in Memphis and San Francisco by Eric Drew Feldman (Pixies, PJ Harvey, Pere Ubu, Captain Beefheart, Frank Black). Both Custard and his new group The Polaroids have had significant commercial success and won an ARIA (Australian Record Industry Award).
Since Custard's demise David has continued to release solo albums throughout the world, The Matterhorn (2001), Candy (2002), Save Dave DVD (2003), The Truth About Love (2006), Cassingle (2009) and Little Murders (2010). In 2008, David produced a tribute album to legendary Australian band The Go-Betweens for Sony BMG.
David's recent screen compositions include the score for Alex Proyas' feature Garage Days for which he and fellow composer Antony Partos were nominated for an IF Award. He also collaborated with Andrew Lancaster to compose the music for the feature film "West" (2007). Oh the small screen, David has composed for Rake, Always Greener, All Saints, White Collar Blue, Valentine's Day, Honey Bee Blues as well the animated TV series Deadly and Dex Hamilton. He also won the 2003 POV prize for BEST MUSIC for Andrew Lancaster's short film, Syntax Error.
Most recently David has worked with Michael Lira and Antony Partos on the TV series Rake (2010) & is about to start work on the Telemovie "Blood Brothers" and the TV series, period drama "Wild Boys". David also released the critically acclaimed double album "Little Murders" and has produced the most recent album for Brisbane rockers Gentle Ben And His Sensitive Side.
Antony Partos is an internationally awarded composer whose passion lies in morphing acoustic instruments with electronic elements in his scores in order to create a palette that is innovative and unique.
An in demand composer, Antony's career has embraced feature films, TVC's, television series, documentaries as well as dance and theatre work.
In 2010 Antony won his 3rd AFI in 4 years for Best Original Score for the Sundance Grand Jury winner, Animal Kingdom. Alongside Animal Kingdom, his beautiful score for the film Accidents Happen (starring Geena Davis) is now available on iTunes.
Other credits include the AFI winning scores for the feature films The Home Song Stories and Unfinished Sky, whilst his score for Disgrace (starring John Malkovich) was nominated for best score at the Australian Guild of Screen Composers. Antony's television credits include writing the theme for ABC's Rake, At The Movies, the series White Collar Blue, the tele-movies The Silence, Saved and Valentine's Day as well as the documentaries Contact, and Celebrity.
Antony is currently working on several projects including the TV series Crownies & Wild Boys and is due to commence the score for the 8 part television adaptation of Christos Tsiolkas's bestseller The Slap.

Bryony Marks completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Music Composition for Film and Television with first class honours from the University of Melbourne's Conservatorium of Music. In 2001 she attended the inaugural Australian National Academy of Music Composers' Program, taking classes with Professor Simon Bainbridge, Head of Composition at the Royal Academy of Music in London; and Karen Tanaka, formerly of IRCAM, Paris.
In addition to several scores for theatre, Bryony has composed music for some 20 student and short films. She has also received commissions for 15 works for chamber orchestra, including three string quartets, a quintet and a sextet, an opera excerpt and a one-hour chamber opera. In 2004 she was invited to participate in the Song Company and the Australian Music Centre's MODART05.
In 2005 she composed the music for Chris Lilley's award-winning series for ABC TV, We Can Be Heroes. In 2007 she worked with him again on Summer Heights High (ABC TV). She also composed the music for the TV feature, The King (based on the life of Graham Kennedy), and Matthew Saville's debut feature film, Noise. In early 2008 Bryony collaborated with Roger Mason on the music for SBS's new brand identity, delivering more than 200 individual pieces for on-air, radio and internet. In 2009 she completed work on the new TV series for Southern Star, Tangle, with directors Stuart McDonald, Matt Saville and Jessica Hobbs.
In 2010, Bryony completed work on the Hawke telemovie for Channel Ten, directed by Emma Freeman; the ABC TV series, Dance Academy; the second series of Tangle for Southern Star; Chris Lilley's new ABC/HBO television series, Angry Boys and most recently composed the music for the mini-series Cloudstreet for Showtime.

Ash Gibson Greig |
Ash Gibson Greig has composed for numerous series and documentaries for TV here and abroad (including Who Do You Think You Are, SAS: Search for Warriors, Jandamarra' s War, Leaky Boat, and Channel 7's children's series Time Trackers.) Ash has also composed the music for over 50 plays for theatre companies including Black Swan, Thin Ice, The Malthouse Theatre and Sydney Theatre Company. Ash has several awards and many nominations for his work from the WA Screen Awards, and the APRA / Australian Guild of Screen Awards (including Who Do You Think You Are, Death of the Megabeasts, and won the in 2007 for the short film Iron Bird.) Ash also composed the music for the recent feature film Big Mamma's Boy.
