Complaints

There may be times when various clients and stakeholders may have cause to comment on some aspect of the conduct or operations of APRA|AMCOS. To assist anyone wishing to make a complaint, we have a Complaints Procedure that ensures that any complaints received by APRA|AMCOS are handled in an efficient, transparent and fair manner.

To make a complaint:

  1. Please make your complaint in writing (mail or email).
  2. Ensure that you include your full name and contact details. APRA|AMCOS will not investigate anonymous complaints.
