Most pay television broadcasters require a broadcast and a reproduction licence.
Broadcast Licences
Pay-TV service providers pay licence fees at a fixed-rate per subscriber per month. Where the subscriber is a commercial premises (such as businesses, pubs and hotels) the rate is higher.
Reproduction Licences
For the reproduction of music we license the channel and have available a scheme for subscription television channels (e.g. the Discovery Channel, Arena and Channel V) to authorise certain uses of AMCOS’s repertoire.
