APRA|AMCOS and WAM announce the second instalment of the 2012 Music Industry Sundowner Series.
The session focus is Contemporary Music Grants and will be presented by Pete Guazzelli (Project Officer at the Department of Culture and the Arts). Grant recipient Brendon Humphries (The Kill Devil Hills) will also be providing some insights from the perspective of a songwriter/performer/manager.
The event is free for pre-registered WAM and APRA members, otherwise $5 at the door.

About Pete Guazzelli
Pete Guazzelli is the Project Officer, Contemporary Music at the Department of Culture and the Arts. He manages the Contemporary Music Grants Funding Program which aims to assist the local music sector to access commercial markets, develop skills and build new audiences. He is a WAAPA graduate performing with a number of different bands and artists over the years, touring nationally and internationally. In 2008 he was awarded WA Music Industry’s Drummer of the Year, and currently plays solo under the guise Ghost Drums.
