APRA members win at Unsigned Only!

APRA members have once again made their mark on the international stage by winning multiple categories at this year’s Unsigned Only songwriting competition.

Congratulations to Jacob Butler from Melbourne who received first prize in the Adult Album Alternative category for his song Mind Waltz. Perth’s Timothy Nelson and the Infidels won the highly competitive Folk/Singer-Songwriter category with their tune Let Her Go, while Melbourne songstress Kate Vigo was awarded second prize in Adult Contemporary for Wanna Run.

A subsidiary of the International Songwriting Competition, Unsigned Only is designed for solo artists, bands and singers who are not signed to a major label. This year’s winners were selected from nearly 7,500 applicants who entered from 80 countries across the globe.
